This is AiAiAi.Chat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our service (the “Service”), which provides an interface (based on open-source platform Open WebUI) to interact with various third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) model providers (e.g., via OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). Your privacy is important to us. By using aiaiai.chat, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information essential to provide the Service:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect necessary details like your chosen username or email address and a securely hashed password.

• User-Provided API Keys: If you provide API keys for third-party services (like OpenRouter or specific model providers), we store these securely within your account to enable access through aiaiai.chat.

• Chat History: We store the content of your conversations within the Service solely for your access and reference.

• Information We DO NOT Collect: We do not use analytics tools, tracking cookies, or collect detailed usage data or device identifiers for tracking user behavior. Basic server logs may be kept for security and debugging purposes only.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: Manage your account, authenticate you, and ensure the Service functions correctly.

• To Enable AI Interactions: Use your stored API Keys only to authenticate requests on your behalf to the relevant third-party AI services you select. Your API keys are never sent to the AI model providers themselves or to any third-party service and are stored on the server.

• To Process AI Requests: Send the relevant content of your current chat interaction (prompt, including previous replies, and necessary context) to the selected third-party AI provider (sometimes via an intermediary like OpenRouter) to generate a response. Your Account Information is NOT sent with these requests.

• To Display Your Chat History: Allow you to access and review your past conversations within your account.

• For Security and Debugging: Use basic server logs (if kept) to monitor service health, diagnose technical issues, and prevent abuse.

4. How We Share Your Information

We limit sharing of your information:

• With Third-Party AI Providers: As essential for the Service, we share the content of your specific chat interaction (prompt and context) with the third-party AI model provider you select (potentially via intermediaries like OpenRouter). We DO NOT share your Account Information or your API keys with these providers.

• With Essential Service Providers: We may share information with essential third-party service providers performing functions on our behalf, such as hosting providers. These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us and are contractually obligated to protect your data. We DO NOT share data with analytics or advertising providers.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

• Business Transfers: If aiaiai.chat is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• We DO NOT Sell Your Information: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party AI Model Providers

• AiAiAi.Chat acts as an interface. We do not control the third-party AI model providers accessed through our Service.

• Their handling and use of the Chat History data sent to them (for generating responses) is governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. We cannot state whether they use data for training or other purposes.

• We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party AI provider or intermediary (like OpenRouter) you choose to use via AiAiAi.Chat.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative security measures (like password hashing, MFA, and secure storage for API keys) to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee security.

7. Data Retention

• Account Information & API Keys: Retained as long as your account is active or until you delete them through your account settings.

• Chat History: Retained until you choose to delete specific chats or your entire account.

• Upon account deletion, associated information is permanently deleted according to our operational schedules. We do not currently implement any legal retention obligations.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your information:

• Access & Review: You can access and review your Account Information and Chat History within the Service.

• Modify: You can update your Account Information.

• Delete Chats: You can delete individual chats or entire conversations at any time.

• Delete API Keys: You can remove stored API keys from your account settings.

• Delete Account: You can request the deletion of your entire account by contacting us or through your account settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold depending on your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ from your local jurisdiction. In such cases, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
